2012, June 3
Dear Family and Friends,
This past month has been
busy. Matthew has been doing soccer, and
the girls have had ice skating on Saturdays.
That seems to take up much of our day.
Yesterday I was a bit frustrated because I didn’t get any of the
gardening done that I had hoped. But, as
I was watching the girls in their ice skating lessons, I decided that growing
kids was more important than growing my flower gardenJ. They really are improving and it is fun to
see them learn. Matt is also doing
really well and loving soccer.
Elise has been kind of sick off
and on this whole month. She might have
mono. We get the test back tomorrow to
see if it is positive. She has been
really tired, and has swollen glands, and is kinda grouchy. Good thing grouchy for her is really not badJ.
The kids have this last week of
school, and then they are off for the summer.
We are really looking forward to our fun.
For Mother’s Day Brian got me some flowers to
plant in the yard. I have been enjoying
having more flowers around. He also got
me some lilies to plant. They smelled
so good, I have kept them in the house.
I plan to plant them in the fall.
It was nice to have flowers inside, too.
Well, this is a short letter. We love you all.
Love,
Brian, Martha, Matthew, Kara,
Lindsay, Seth, and Elise Taylor
